  1. I am ready to let it go! Right now I am reading your book "What's Eating You" and expect to release 50# of unwanted "protection." This will be an interesting journey - and one that can be applied to other areas of my life, too. :)

  2. Marilyn, that is a real treasure that you can see the book doesn't just apply to weight loss! The tools that is included in this process will release core beliefs, habits, patterns that are no longer working for you in any area of your life. I found that out by accident! I gave a workshop last year and they came because of the title of the workshop! What's Eating you? and not one of them had weight as an issue - so we addressed career, money, love, family issues. It was an eye opener for me! Glad you are READY TO RESET your LIFE! I will do everything I can to help! Thanks for Sharing your feelings and thoughts.

  3. Hi Diane,
So far I am really enjoying your book and the exercises. Years ago I started a journey to make my life better and the first thing I had to do was realize that I am worthy of a better life. Years of abuse had taken its toll and I didn't even know how badly. But, as I started treating myself as nicely as I treated my friends, wonderful things started happening. Things like finding books and people that support my journey and help make it easy. You and your book are one of those wonderful things. I am going share my journey of weight loss here and just as soon as I learn how to work the timer on my camera - will be taking a before picture as proof and a reminder! Thank you, Diane for sharing your journey and encouraging the rest of us along ours. :)

  4. That is very touching Marilyn!

As a Counselor, Teacher, Speaker and friend to alot of people; it's unfortunate to hear but as women we all suffer (1 out of 3) suffer from abuse. From parents, relatives, siblings, teachers, our children, or spouses.

Anything to point the way to self Love - self acceptance and self care is a Light and Blessing in the maze of painful darkness. Thank you for feeling what I have to offer is such a light. We all have choices in our journeys - and to decide to "treat yourself" as nicely as we do our friends is a great choice. It means you are forgiving and letting go of stuff that no longer serves you; and focusing all the Good - Joy - Peace - Love you deserve. Like I shared with a friend the other day; if all we ever focus on is what's wrong - how are we ever going to see what's right? You know my favorite quote Marilyn, DON'T LOOK BACK - YOU ARE NOT GOING THAT WAY!" Today - know that you have support in this journey to a more fit and fun you! God Bless you for taking this big Bold and Beautiful step!
